Refund Policy

Payment Requirement:

Students are required to complete payment prior to joining any course offered by ExLog IT Digital Learning. Payments can be made in full or in installments as specified for each course.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted no later than 48 hours before the course's scheduled start date to be eligible for consideration.

Refunds requested after the course start date may not be honored. In such cases, students will be given the option to defer their course enrollment to a future date, subject to availability and discretion of ExLog IT Digital Learning.

Enrollment Conditions

Enrolling in a course indicates acceptance of the payment terms and refund policy outlined herein.

Failure to complete payment by the specified deadline may result in the cancellation of enrollment without further notice.

Payment Methods

Payments are made online using any major credit/debit card. Any other accepted payment methods and terms will be communicated during the course enrollment process.

Change of Course Start Date

ExLog IT Digital Learning reserves the right to modify course start dates or schedules. In such cases, enrolled students will be notified of the changes and provided alternative options, including deferment to a future course date or a refund as per the refund policy.
